MHI was commissioned to bring refined comfort and personality to a beautifully proportioned New Canaan townhouse. Our role focused on elevating the interiors through thoughtful decoration, bespoke furnishings, and subtle architectural additions to create cohesion, warmth, and character.

Throughout the project, MHI managed every detail from electrical and RCP layouts to hard finishes, flooring, bathroom tiles, and sanitary ware specifications. A full decorating schedule was produced alongside bespoke joinery concept drawings and detailing, with the studio overseeing the complete procurement of FF&E and accessories from start to finish.
