Watch Hill, Rhode Island

This wonderful Watch Hill home with ocean views was an ambitious three-year project that is one of the most comprehensive in the MHI portfolio. A complete reimagining of the main house and its surrounding estate, with the scope extending far beyond the main house to encompass a series of outbuildings.

Throughout the project, MHI managed every detail from electrical and RCP layouts to hard finishes, flooring, bathroom tiles, and sanitary ware specifications. A full decorating schedule was produced alongside bespoke joinery concept drawings and detailing, with the studio overseeing the complete procurement of FF&E and accessories from start to finish.
